SHIPPING INFORMATION
When you shop at triabeauty.com, you'll always receive free standard shipping on domestic orders. We know how eager you are to get started on your skin-transforming journey, and we do our best to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders must be placed by 10am Pacific Time (PT) to be processed the same day.
Tria ships to all APO/PO boxes, with an anticipated delivery time of 2-6 weeks based on delivery location. For security reasons, "Signature Required" and express 2-day or overnight delivery is unavailable at this time. We cannot ship to FPO boxes.
**IMPORTANT INFORMATIONShipping may take longer due to high demand and expanded safety measures due to Covid-19 in our distribution centers. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation email containing your order details will be sent within a few hours of purchase. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of when your order is shipped. Please add triabeauty.com to your address book to ensure receipt of order details.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Most devices can be shipped with a "Signature Required" option for extra security. To take advantage of this service, simply check the "Signature Required" during checkout and pay the $2 fee. To ensure the prompt receipt of your order, please make sure someone is available to provide a signature upon delivery. At this time, we cannot offer “Signature Required” on any order placed to an APO/PO box.
